Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The unusual color is hard to describe -chocolate (as in red velvet cake chocolate) with a hint of smoky lavender, glazed with orangey copper. Mouth watering! Shrub floribunda rose on its own roots blooms continuously on a 2-3’ rounded bush with very disease resistant foliage. Blooms are fragrant with a crisp citrus sweet scent. This one is HOT!
Floribunda. Smoked lavender and rusty red-orange. This would certainly be a rose to catch your eye - the color is an amazing blend of smoked lavender and a rusty red-orange and yet one that blends well with colors. Coupled with that is a great freedom of flowering and a moderate sweet apple fragrance. It grows into an attractive rounded shrub. AARS Winner 2009. 4 ft. (Carruth 2009).
