Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Leathery lustrous dark-green leaves are semi-evergreen on this compact mounding shrub (to 6' and twice as wide) and the white flowers, opening from pink buds, are fragrant; an introduction from The National Arboretum. S/M
Excellent choice for the shrub border. works well w/ broadleaf evergreens. FRAGRANCE permeates the entire garden. One of the best viburnums. Every garden should have a Viburnum. (Or more than one!) Virtually sterile so it puts all it's energy into blooming. Compact, dense mound-forming habit. Pink buds open to creamy white, fragrant blooms. This is a superb Viburnum. Great Fall color. For tidiness, shear to shape in early spring after bloom.
