Named after a town in the Izu peninsula of Japan, Jogasaki is yet another (beautiful) lace-cap with double florets. The silvery-pink florets contain 8 to 11 rounded sepals, and appear as miniature pink water lilies floating a top a pond," Spring Meadows. Forms a compact bush with very robust branches. The leaves are dark, intense green and set off the pink blooms off beautifully.
