A good pollinator for 'Blue Muffin' below. Noted for its nice glossy , deep green foliage on an 8-10' x 8-10' upright rounded shrub. Reddish purple or gold fall color and with a slightly later bloom than the species. Summer fruit attracts songbirds. All V. dentatums need another cultivar for pollination to make copius fruit. Foliage turns purple-maroon in fall.
