Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The deepest Green Hadeco Amaryllis available! Growing conditions and lighting play a big role in how green this actually becomes. The pictured flower we grew in bright shade, with cool nights and warm days. Bulbs are officially 16-18 cm around. This was the approximate size at harvest time, but normally the bulbs shrink in storage. I would describe the bulbs as the size of a large egg. There is some variation with each variety, and actual size depends on the harvest each year.
