Cityline Rio 'Ragra' is a gorgeous Hydrangea macrophylla with bold colours of deep blue in acidic soil and deep purple in alkaline soil. In neutral pH you can get a mix of royal purple and royal blue. The Cityline Series are dwarf shrubs growing three feet tall and wide requiring no pruning. It is best if you don't as they only bloom on old wood. They are perfect for small spaces and even a large pot.

Lovely rich violet blue florets with pale green centers in acidic soils. A compact plant at 2-3', this selection does bloom on last year's growth so be careful not to cut too many long stems and site in a protected spot where winter winds won't dessicate the buds in winter.
