Chamaecyparis obtusa ' Emelie ' - A miniature variety of Japanese Hionki Cypress. Nice green foliage on a small bun shaped plant. Propagates well and looks great! Plant named in 2005, in loving memory of Emelie Snyder, wife of Marvin Snyder ex-president of the American Conifer Society.
A recently introduced miniature form of Hinoki Cypress named in memory of Emelie Snyder, beloved wife of Marvin Snyder. Very tight dark green growth forming a miniature ball. Grows to 10" in 10 years time. 6-8" plants for spring shipping.
