Beautifully russeted, yellow-green fruit has white mildly-sweet flesh sometimes described as 'butterscotch' flavored, a consistently highly-rated cultivar, the fruit is of good-to-excellent quality with an apple-like crispness and can be stored for several months, the form is a dense tree with spreading, slightly drooping branches; semi-self-fertile, but yield is much increased if another variety is planted nearby, needs 450-550 chill hours (below 45°).
