Very slow growing form of the Swiss mountain pine reaching only a foot high in 10 years. Densely packed dark green needles with silver candles make it a choice selection for the garden. Tolerant of a wide range of soils as long as there is good drainage. Drought tolerant when established. Also sold as P. m. 'Gnome'.
