This dense and globular mound has bright blue small foliage. It fits well into a small garden space, like a rock garden. It was found at Iseli Nursery, Boring, Oregon as a witch's broom on the well known variety of Colorado Blue Spruce, 'Fat Albert'. It has a better color than 'Fat Albert'.
