Nursery contributed plant descriptions

?A remarkable form? (Hillier), this dense multi-stemmed shrub is rounded on the top (shaped like a gumball machine!) and has ?long persistent leaves [sometimes] turning orange-red and purple in winter? (Hillier). S/M
Not a street tree, this shrub sweetgum won't get over 6' but it will be as wide as tall. Zone 6.
Seldom have we seen a more aptly named cultivar. This dwarf is truly a round "Gumball". Well worth having and as an added bonus it has great purple-red fall color.
