Light, blue-green needles emerge each spring, along with small, rosy colored cones. The needle color holds throughout the season turning yellow in autumn. Falling needles form a pool of color under the tree.
A congested upright growing broom, it is considered one of the best of the Waxman brooms.
An upright dwarf form, this seedling selection of American Larch has ascending branches that exhibit light, blue-green needles through the growing season. Showy, rosy flowers appear in spring, and fall brings on a display of coppery gold. Found in a trial bed at the University of Connecticut and selected by Dr. Sydney Waxman.
