The slender, pendulous branches of this outstanding dwarf shrub are so densely covered with bright, golden-yellow flowers in early summer that no foliage is to be seen! This one foot tall shrub makes a delightful groundcover for dry rocky soils, perfect for covering embankments. The fine blue-green foliage is semi-evergreen, dependent on winter temperatures. S/M-D
Low, mounding shrub is covered by a profusion of bright yellow blooms in the late spring.
Unusual deciduous shrub to 12" bearing tiny, linear green leaves on woody green branches. Golden-yellow flowers blanket the stems through spring and summer, making this a valuable groundcover for dry banks. Plant in full sun in well-drained soils and provide moderate to occasional water. Mature plants do not tolerate heavy pruning. Hardy to 0F. Greece, Bulgaria.
Excellent for difficult dry areas. This deciduous plant will grow to 30" with greater spread. Profuse, bright yellow flowers bloom in May and June and completely cover the gray-green branches. In garden sites, be sure to provide well drained soil and full sun.
