Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Clematis Juuli produces four to six petal flowers from midsummer to late summer. The petals are purplish blue, long and skinny, and are spaced out creating a vivid star shape around a prominent bunch of sunny yellow anthers. Juuli can be planted underneath roses and allowed to climb at will. It looks best when tumbling out of a pot or out of another bush, but don't underestimate it's ability to impress if you send it up a trellis on its own.
New! Small, purple flowers. Non-clinging vine. Cross between Cl. viticella x Cl. integrifolia. Named for the month of July. Full sun. (Group D, July-Sept)
