Bright gold, fasciated foliage that twists and turns exposing mahogany branches. Unique fasciation at terminal ends. Densely branched with an irregular pyramidal habit. Useful as a specimen or as an accent in a rock garden.
Flat sprays curl and form fasciations at the ends. Yellow foliage is highlighted with bronze overtones in winter.
DWARF. A contorted growth habit creates a rather flattened globe which grows 3-6" a year, to about 6'. The abnormally large stems appear slightly tangled as they weave through each other. They are wonderfully clothed with thick tufted golden needles.
