DWARF. 3' by 3' in 20 years ,makes this an outstanding new cultivar. Its color of an advancing steel blue only widens its appeal. I can't think of any other plant that of that size and color. A real find for the plant world. Plant only grows about 1' a year. Plant raised from seed by G. Huizer from Boskoop, Holland around 1983
