A low ground cover for contrast, with shiny almost black scalloped leaves. 'Black Scallop' is useful not only in the garden but in containers as well! The deepest foliage color is achieved when grown in full sun and also when temperatures are cooler. From mid to late spring, short 4-6" spires of navy blue flowers add a color accent.
