Tiny leaves emerge in spring in a profusion of bright pink to pink-red. This color typically lasts for several weeks before slowly maturing to bright green with pink to red margins. Emerges early in spring, protect from late frosts. Named for the California nurseryman who selected it.
This is one of the most sought-after of all the Japanese Maples. This wonderful variety is prized for its beautiful dwarf growth habit and stunning spring foliage. Though it has been around for some time, Wilsons Pink Dwarf is very difficult to find because of its high demand in the world of bonsai culture.
