Seiun Kaku Japanese maple emerges in spring with new yellow leaves that brings bright color to your landscape. With upright, dense-growing habits, this tree makes a great statement piece. The leaves overlap and add a texture like no other. Seiun Kaku Japanese Maple has a bright red fall color and makes an excellent choice for small gardens, container gardens, or bonsai.
Small, green palmate leaves with a long central lobe, similar in structure to 'Mikawa yatsubusa' leaves. In fall they turn an outstanding red. Translated the name means "palace in the blue cloud".
A beautiful dwarf maple with an upright dense habit. The overlapping leaves are deeply divided and sharply toothed. In the spring the leaves emerge a light yellowish-green and change to a dark green in the summer, then to a vibrant red in the fall. A great choice for containers/patios or bonsai. Growth Rate slow
PALMATUM, green. The five lobed leaves of lime-yellow leaves and red stems in spring. The growth habit is unusual in that the leaf bearing stems seem to grow vertically from the horizontally growing mail stems. A graceful small tree.
