Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Tiny 1" (sometimes larger when young) leaves, a compact upright (6-8' t) habit and bright yellow-orange-red fall color make this dwarf maple a delight in container, bonsai, rock garden or anywhere! S-PSh/M
A low, mounding maple with very small leaves and a bonsai-like appearance.
Upright form with delicate branches. Very small green leaves which are deeply divided. Each leaf appears to be three separate leaves. Yellow and orange fall colors. 6′ – 8′ at maturity
Guess what the main feature of Tiny Leaf is? There are a lot of colors in these krinkly leaves so it is an interesting plant, probably to be a favorite with Bonsai folks. So we will try to graft it really low in the future.
DWARF, green. Syn. 'Tiny Leaf'. This very unusual new cultivar has 1" leaves which are extremely divided. Because of the deep cut each leaf appears to be three leaves. Leaf color is green changing to yellow and orange in fall. This cultivar was originally named 'Tiny Leaf' when it was introduced by Red Maple Nursery in Pennsylvania and then renamed because another cultivar had this name. Under any name this is a very nice plant.
