Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Tender. Large flat green leaves with a red blush
An excellent variegated form of the Kalanchoe luciae, aka Paddle Plant or Flapjack Plant. This is NOT kalanchoe thyrsiflora....they are often confused in the succulent retail world. K. thyrsiflora does not blush red like the K. luciae - thyrsiflora has chalkier greenish blue leaves and heavily scented yellow tubular flowers.
A spectacular form of this Kalanchoe with leaves are gray-green with red highlights and splashes of cream to white variegation. It produces pale yellow tubular flowers.
Fantastic is right! The thick wide succulent blue green foliage is broadly and jaggedly edged in cream, magenta, and rose. An outstanding foliage plant for mixed container gardens and well-drained soils. Paddle Plant is an easily grown succulent that can be enjoyed indoors or out.
Large hybrid multi-colored paddle leaves. Hardy to 32 °F.
A truly "fantastic" succulent with rosettes of 4-6" leaves, gray-green with lots of red highlights and splashes of cream to white variegations. Very colorful, very striking. Summer flowers are pale yellow and tubular on tall stems, to 2-3 ft. Plants reach 1-2' high x 2-3' wide at maturity. Introduced by Dave Fell of Hawaiian Sunshine Nursery in 2009, these plants love sun to light shade in well-drained soil with occasional summer water. Frost hardy in upper USDA zone 9, so best in containers, overwintered indoors in bright light with little water. PPAF
