From the land of naugahyde in its natural habitat comes this strange twining euonymous, it too with a weirdly plastic feel. A lovely collection from India by plantsman Steve Houtman. This 6-10 ft vine has reddish stems with narrow, silver-veined leaves. Though tested for only a couple of years, we've found these frost hardy at least into the low 20sF, bottom of USDA zone 9, but a most handsome container specimen or shade garden denizen where temperatures allow.
