This most attractive, evergreen grape ivy, forming small vines to 6' or possibly a little larger, adorns itself with red petioles and red leaf undersides, but only with the usual, small parthenocissus flowers. For us it has been a compliment inducing knitter in multiple containers and protected spots outside. Drought tolerant once established but prefers some summer water. Alas, seemingly top hardy to about 20 °F so treat as a die-back plant in USDA zone 8; evergreen in zone 9. Worth it.
