Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Huge (to 3.5"!), beautifully formed, pure white flowers contrasted with polished deep-green foliage will make this sturdy, drought-tolerant 4-6' shrub a standout. (C. laurifolius x C. palhinhae). S/M-D/GDr
Another lovely rock rose. The 3” white flowers with yellow and orange eyes stand out against the sea-green foliage, evergreen and somewhat sticky with labdanum, the waxy oil that can fill the garden with a pleasant, resinous fragrance on a warm, sunny day. Compact, to 4' and possibly 6', this form takes pruning or shearing very well and can be kept smaller. Prefers sun, mineral soil and summer drought. So far one of the longest lived in our garden. Cold hardy to USDA zone 7. C. ladanifer x C. laurifolius.
Large grower. Huge stark white flowers with bright yellow center.
