The tiny fleshy leaves, variegated with rose and white, are as attractive as the many small pink flowers on this dense ground-hugging succulent; a fine new groundcover. S/M/GDr
Tricolor Sedum is a perennial succulent which features fleshy green leaves edged in white and pink with shades of yellow. This showy evergreen has beautiful pink star-shaped flowers and is pretty in all seasons. Easy succulent for containers, rock gardens, slopes and banks. Excellent in succulent gardens for light foliage contrast.  Ground-hugging stems of Tricolor Sedum spread to make an easy-care ground cover.
Exciting low growing ground cover sedum with attractive flat, rounded leaves that are variegated in pink, cream and shades of green! Fairly evergreen in all but the coldest climates…plant 12-18" apart for ground cover in sun to light shade. As with most sedums, this prefers good drainage, is drought tolerant and easy to grow. Attractive 3/4" deep pink flowers all summer add to the drama! Try this baby for edging, ground cover, between stepping stones, rock walls, rock gardens or containers.
A beautiful form of the Caucasian Stonecrop, 'Tricolor' displays brightly variegated leaves year round and forms a dense carpet. Like other stonecrops, 'Tricolor' will generate the most interest planted where it can hang over rock features. In mid-summer the pink flowers contrast very nicely against the bright colored foliage.

These plants are very tough and quite cold hardy, yet appear somewhat tropical. Stonecrops can be grown in normal soil but much prefer loose and well drained mixes containing a lot of pumice. Water every 1-2 weeks to establish.

Propagating Tricolor Sedum and Other Stonecrops
Stems root easily - in the fall clip off a five inch long section of stem and bury the end in loose soil leaving the growing tip facing straight up. Water right away and the plant should be rooted by spring! You can also root cuttings easily during the active growing season under mist, or divide clumps in mid spring.
Zn 3. Green leaves with pink & white edges.
Not uncommon, but a pretty little Sedum for green roofs, rock gardens and edging of dry planting beds. Cream edged green foliage takes on a pretty pink and reddish tones with cool temperatures. Rosy pink flowers in late spring. 2-4" high by 12" wide.
A low growing evergreen succulent perennial for full sun. Attractively marked green, cream and pink foliage on sprawling stems rooting into the ground. Small insignificant flowers produced in autumn. Excellent for pots or among rocks.
