A more compact version of this deciduous shrub, grows 5-6' high and wide for us….foliage emerges a bright coppery orange bronze and deepens slowly to a cabernet wine by late summer. Pretty summer umbels of pinkish white are significant in summer. Needs sun for best foliage color and flowering; most soils, some summer water. Also performs very well in a container.
