Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Sempervivum ‘Lavender and Old Lace’ is an historic garden plant with succulent foliage. Forms rosettes of gray leaves that mature soft blue and rosy lavender. Silver hairs follow the leaf edges. A hardy, evergreen perennial.
A great name for a most attractive "Hens and Chicks". Smoky grey-blue-green with a flush of burgundy at the leaf base. Medium-large rosettes.
Smoky gray-green leaves are highlighted with a delicate lavender blush on this somewhat slow-growing, hardy, rosette forming succulent that offsets and creates mats for the rock wall, outdoor container, hell strip, or random little nooks and/or crannies. Best in sun to half shade where there is sharp drainage. Tolerates drought; grows more quickly with summer water. Plenty hardy in USDA zone 3.
Brightly colored hybrid alpine groundcover succulent.
