PAINTED ECHEVERIA - A colorful succulent with fleshy upward curved leaves on 1-2' long branched stems. The cupped leaves are marked vividly with red on the margins and mid leaf. A great container plant in the northern areas. Hardy down to 25-30 degrees. Likes lt shade. Pale yellow flowers in summer on tall stalks.
Painted Echeveria is an eyecatching Mexica Hens and Chicks, with olive blue green fleshy spoon shaped leaves streaked and edged in wine-red. The rosette forming foliage looks tidy ina container, and sends off offshoots. Where hardy it will form sturdy stalks forming a low shrub. Hardy to 25 degrees F.
