Nursery contributed plant descriptions

"Ant Plant" epiphyte from Philippines; hollow chambers in caudex colonized by ants.
Dischidia pectinoides a very odd and interesting plant found in tropical Asia. The leaves are small light green and oval shaped growing on a thin vine. As the plants mature they produce a modified leave that swells into a balloon like shape. This is for ants to live inside of and the plant sends in a root to eat the ants droppings. A very interesting plant oddity. Does best in warm areas with bright light water only when needed. Flowers are small pink and form as small clusters.
Bladder Vine, a trailing climbing plant with stems producing tiny red flowers and unique bladder like pods developing which open displaying masses of tiny roots......very unusual. Picture is of a mature plant to show the detail bladder pods.
