Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This charming wildflower is native to Washington, Oregon and California. Short basal foliage pushes up taller flower stems in mid summer. The lavender and yellow blooms are loved by many pollinators. One of our smallest, most well behaved asters, it would love a center stage at the front of the border or in your rock garden.
A small violet or lavender flower perched atop unbranched stems with narrow leaves, above low grouping of last year's leaves. Many blooms in late winter through spring.
