Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Pure white, trumpet shaped flowers are born in large rounded clusters on sturdy stems above the rich green strap-like foliage. This is a very floriferous dwarf selection. The Lily of the Nile is a long-lived reliable clump forming perennial that makes a wonderful addition to the garden or landscape. Agapanthus will perform best in well-drained soils with average moisture and fertility. Provide afternoon shade in hot summer climates. Deer resistant and moderately salt tolerant.
This is a dwarf white Agapanthus with low narrow deciduous (in our area) leaves and pure white flowers on 12"-16" stems in mid to late summer. This may well be the clone also known as 'Peter Pan White". Whatever the name, this remains a sun-loving profuse bloomer. Mulch if bitter winter.
