?A strikingly colorful feature, particularly in semi-shade? (Jelitto), the finely cut foliage of this 2 footer is a vivid golden-yellow... a lovely foliage plant. S-PSh/M-W
A fine shade plant with aromatic foliage, producing creamy-yellow plumes in midsummer over golden foliage. Loves moisture. Grown for its startling foliage which sings next to Polemonium caeruleum 'Bressingham Purple' or contrasts well with the black foliage of mondo grass (Ophiopogon planiscapus 'Nigrescens').
A nice gold leafed form that we got from Heronswood back in 1998, we finally have enough divisions to offer it, it has been slow. ZONE 4
Zone 3-8 Bright gold foliage. 45" bloom scape with creamy white flowers in late summer. Not particular about soil, but likes a moist, well drained location in light shade.

Fluffy white flowers on 2-3' stems in June and July, but the reason to choose this cultivar is the glowing chartreuse basal foliage. Meadowsweet, as it is commonly known, prefers a moisture retentive soil. Cut back after bloom for a new flush of foliage.
Interesting rose relation with bright chartreuse foliage and plumes of creamy flowers from June through August. An herbaceous perennial that forms a clump to about 2 ft wide and high, dying back in the fall and returning in the spring. Best with at least afternoon shade or dappled shade in rich, well-drained soil with some summer water. Easy, tough and frost hardy to -40F, USDA zone 3.
Gotta love the vibrant golden yellow foliage on this one. The foliage is most brilliant early slowly aging to a sweet lime green. The heads of small creamy flowers are quite lovely in combination. Bright shade or morning sun seems to suit this nicely. Likes it moist and rich but tolerates less.
