Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Differs from 'Sulphureum' by being more floriferous and slower spreading, making it an excellent drought tolerant groundcover in smaller areas.
These are heirloom plants of a sort as we salvaged our parent stock from C. Leo Hitchcock's estate who was the dean of NW botany. Great evergreen plant for shade or a little sun, this has nice rounded leaflets picking up some bronze tints. We cut the foliage back in spring to best enjoy the flowers.
