Nursery contributed plant descriptions

A selection done by John (Jerry) Flintoff with semi-double flowers, which makes them at least twice as nice. The buds are lavender-pink on the outside. Similar to the "Tennessee Form" and blooms before 'Multiplex'. Easy to grow in moist, humus-rich soil.
Rarely offered selection of Bloodroot named by us to recognize an unsung National Treasure of plant knowledge. This is a vigorous form with semi-double flowers - intermediate between the typical single form and the double 'Plena' form. Great rounded leaves of gray green.
