Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Vigorous huge yuccoid plant, strap-like leaves, terminal flower spike to 40'! 20 °F at least. This selection from a plant that flowered in Bournemouth, England is very similar, perhaps identical to the Furcraea parmentieri Walnut Creek, California. So far my nursery plants seem to be developing exactly the same. Preliminary results from the November 2006 freeze suggest this one might be hardier to cold than the California form, but the ultimate verdict is still out - try it and let me know!
