Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Since there weren't already enough Hebe cultivars out there, someone developed this one. No, really, this is a good one, with perfectly round, small, purplish leaves and a stiffly upright growth habit. It's quite unique! Not sure about the ultimate size or hardiness of this one yet, but it's tested down to 15 °F so far without harm.
