Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Another plant from the Port Townsend Library, this one was removed in a landscaping project that involved removing established plantings of interesting species and replacing them with fewer, boring ones. With small green leaves and white flowers, it might seem like this ought to be the same as the Creeper, but it's more moundy, and not as vigorous, so I'll keep them separate for now.
