Nursery contributed plant descriptions
From the banks of South African rivers comes this pure white, vigorous summer-flowering perennial from one of our favorite genera. With starry white bells, this spreading, semi-evergreen perennial will light up your shady borders from June through Fall, & is particularly effective at the edge of a path, or anywhere where moisture is persistent. Flowers rise above the low, flat foliage on foot-long, wiry stems. Full sun by the coast, part shade inland. For a super-cute stars & polka-dots combo, pair with Cotula ‘Big Yellow Moon’ or Cotula duckittae.
