After reading folks rave about this everblooming Veronica on the East Coast I wondered . . . would it really do as well here in California? Sometimes, our experimental trials work out just dandy & I am happy to report ‘Sunny Border Blue’ blooms its heart out in the foggy Bay Area, too! To 20”x30,” it lives up to the raves with its continuous succession of richest deep purple blue 6” spires well displayed atop rich green mounding foliage from Spring thru Fall. What a performer! Highly popular with bees & butterflies. Cut flowers, too! Cut back to 4” tall whenever to refresh growth & bloom. Loamy composted soil for best show!
