Salvia transsylvanica is a broadleaf deciduous perennial herb with green foliage. In summer blue, lavender and purple flowers emerge. Attracts bees, beneficial insects and hummingbirds making it an excellent addition to pollinator gardens. Grows well with sun and regular - occasional water. Does well in average, rich and well-drained soil.
