Nursery contributed plant descriptions

With softly angled leaves against purple flushed stems, this low to the ground mesemb is quick to cover ground! Ideal for slopes, at the edge of rockeries, or anywhere you need some cascading plant action. From South Africa, this useful & texturally funky “vygie” has magenta flowers & grows at least 2’ across (more with time) & is initially very low growing, but can amass about 1’ in height over time. We’ve yet to establish what its blooming habits are, but dig the ease of growth, foliage & drought tolerance!
