Nursery contributed plant descriptions

For hundreds of years gardeners have been growing Auriculas, & they are some of our favorite plants here at Annie’s. And this is one of our own selected seedlings! They are limited in quantity, & so will only be available to our mail-order customers. ‘Ramona' is a super-cute purple double with a lavender edge. The honey-scented blooms have a buttery yellow center. Easy to grow - happy in pots & here in the Bay Area it blooms on & off all year, though it’s showiest season is Spring. Rich soil is best – keep out of hot, direct sun!
