Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The darkest double auricula that we offer! ‘Purple Rain’ is a deep, velvety purple, & semi-double to completely double depending on its mood! This is one of our own, selected seedlings, & as such, is exclusive to us. Lovely in a large terracotta pot, it will in time fill in to a foot or so across, with typical, succulent auricula leaves. Very fragrant, & the flowers are very cute in little posies. Blooming stems are less than one foot. Evergreen & practically everblooming by the bay! Rich soil in morning sun or indirect light is best.
