Nursery contributed plant descriptions

How sad is it when the epitome of essential front-of-the-bed trailers begins to disappear from nurseries? I would have thought this impossible, & yet it’s true here in our area. So for those of you (like us) who love trailing Lobelia, we are ever so glad to oblige! So long blooming, so lovely with its mass of graceful, tumbling azure-blue half inch flowers, we all love it for its toughness, & how it so fancifully softens the edge of the garden container. How important for baskets & window boxes as well! Blooms forever it seems, often lives over here in USDA Zone 10, & always self sows to grace your gardening world every year. Rich soil for prettiest show! To 6”x6”.
