Like its old-timey cousins, ‘Senator’ is highly fragrant, and very heat tolerant. The blooms combine wonderfully in bouquets with softer hues like apricot & pink, and are especially picturesque in combination with old roses. This lovely flower has my vote! Rich soil is best, and make sure you plant your sweet peas early! Reseeds!
