Nursery contributed plant descriptions

Lampranthus aureus ‘Orange Form’ is a wonderfully vibrant succulent that combines well with lots of other plants. Dark shades makes an especially nice foil for the hot orange flowers. Try it with Nemophila ‘Penny Black’ or with the dark foliage of Angelica stricta ‘Purpurea’. For those of you truly brave gardening souls who aren’t afraid of the color police, try mixing it with some hot pink Eschscholzia ‘Rose Chiffon’. Wowy! Definitely a combo for the brave of heart! Flowers are 1.5” wide & cover the 2’ tall & wide plant in earliest Spring (Feb.-March). Definitely a wake up call for Spring!
