Nursery contributed plant descriptions

The seed for this rare South African Gazania comes to us courtesy of Dick Turner, editor of Pacific Horticulture Magazine. Imagine a smaller Gazania than the usual, and more cold hardy. The scarlet red petals have showy, green & black markings surrounding the bright yellow central disc. Fast to grow and flower it likes lots of sun, fairly good drainage & needs little water once established. 5” tall x 10” wide.
