Nursery contributed plant descriptions

A beautiful upright shrub with omnipresent 3” tubular salmon-pink flowers with green tepals that are (naturally!) irresistible to hummingbirds. The leaves have a soft grey cast, & compliment the flower color nicely. Growing to 5’ tall, & about 3’ in spread, this handsome Fuchsia from Mexico prefers a partly shaded location & rich soil. It may die back during a hard frost, but should grow back from roots in Spring. Best of all, it’s resistant to the yicky mites that are the plague of many a Fuchsia fan! Yay!
