Considered by many to be the most beautiful shrub Fuchsia, Fuchsia boliviana ‘Alba’ is fast growing to 5’ tall & 3’ wide & has lovely, large & velvety, silver-green leaves. Long white tubes & bright scarlet petals hang in clusters & are followed by pleasantly flavored black fruits. A wonderful & exotic looking focal point in a shade garden. Give it lots of room, rich soil, avg. to high water & bright shade. Cut back fairly hard after blooming is finished in late Summer & it will resprout fresh growth within a month.
