Nursery contributed plant descriptions

This is one of the most fragrant of the Freesias - much more fragrant than the hybrids commonly available & has a more beautiful flower too! The flower reminds me of a sunrise. The top petals of the flowers are the golden color of first light & the bottom petals have the color of the sun’s orange rays as it peaks over the horizon. The stamens line up to make a nice fringe over the throat of the flower. The corms reproduce rapidly to make lots more plants. Yea! Good in clay soils but let them go dry in the summer.
